Our chemical straightening system has had a record year.

Twice a year Frank Basile flies in a specialist trainer from the Eastern States to educate selected staff in this amazing Japanese hair straightening system.

This year, due to the addition of 3 more salons, the trainer has been over 5 times to train our new staff and also refresh our more experienced staff.

We also had a pleasant surprise when we were visited by 2 of the executives from Japan who spent a day at each of our salons and were extremely impressed with what they saw. They returned to Japan with an abundance of photos, video and information and have extended an invitation to Frank, Rose and the staff to come to Japan and exchange ideas with the Japanese team at their large learning centre.

This unique hair straightening system takes approximately 4 hours. We do not use boards or painful pulling. You are able to move around during the process so that you can enjoy a cappuccino or step outside for a breath of fresh air. You will be delighted with the results as your hair will be beautifully smooth and straight with a great healthy shine.
